Dr. Dacia Russell Goman is a physician executive and board-certified emergency medicine physician with experience leading system-level operational, quality, workforce, and physician engagement initiatives across diverse healthcare environments. Her work focuses on the intersection of healthcare operations, clinical quality, utilization strategy, physician performance, and healthcare policy. As a System Medical Director in Emergency Medicine, she partners closely with hospital executives, multidisciplinary clinical leaders, and frontline physicians to improve throughput, optimize care delivery, strengthen operational reliability, and support high-performing clinical teams across multiple hospital settings.
